What Yardi Breeze costs you

The floor, not the per-unit rate, is what you actually pay. Ten units is $100 a month, which is $10 a unit. Five units is $20 a unit. The advertised $1 is out of reach until 100 units.
$1,200 a year minimum on an annual agreement, with a 30-day window to get out of it.
Moving up to Breeze Premier lifts the floor four times over, from $100 a month to $400, billed annually with no monthly option.
